Health Insurance/Prescription Plan
MedStaff Local offers a group PPO Health Insurance/Prescription Plan to all employees who work a minimum of thirty (30) hours per week. New employees are eligible after thirty (30) days of full-time employment and 120 hrs of work.
To maintain eligibility, employees must maintain a minimum of 90 hrs. per month.*

Please note: If employee participating in healthcare coverage fails to maintain 90 hours for the previous one (1) calendar month period, employee will be dropped from coverage on last date worked that month and appropriate COBRA paperwork will be mailed to employee.
