MedStaff is pleased to continue the most lucrative referral program in the industry. Not only can you take advantage of receiving income from referring other Healthcare Professionals, you can begin so by referring yourself. Simply work 100 non-orientation hours and the bonus will be paid immediately. Following is an example of the RN, LPN, and Surgical Technologist structure:

The requirements for receiving a referral bonus are:

1. You or your referral must not already be listed in the MedStaff database (your staffing coordinator will notify you immediately if you are already on file).
2. Your name must appear in the referral source listed on the application completed by you or your referred friend. If your name is not listed, you will not be eligible for a bonus.
   
3. MedStaff must have a completed W-4 withholdings statement completed prior to payment of bonus.

Please note: This referral program is intended for those healthcare professionals working through a local staffing office only and is not tied to any referral bonus program sponsored by our travel nursing or allied health divisions.
