TRAVEL NURSING IN CALIFORNIA
California Spotlight
San FranciscoEven the most eloquent words can sometimes fall short when describing the city of San Francisco. Although many have tried, it's difficult to pigeonhole a city that's elegant and filled with natural beauty, while at the same time being edgily cosmopolitan and a force for pushing the political envelope ever closer to the left.
San Diego
San Diego doesn't wear the tag "America's Finest City" for nothing. Its natural beauty ranges from beaches and cliffs, to wetlands and desert, and even canyons and mountains. The National Weather Service lauds San Diego's climate as the most ideal in the United States. Plus, San Diego has been dubbed the "Sports and Fitness Capital of the United States" by Sports Illustrated magazine.
Los Angeles
Los Angeles is the perfect destination for nurses who want it all. LA has a vast geographical, cultural, and economic diversity found in one large, complex city. And of course, it's the home of Hollywood. As for culture, the fact that over 40 percent of L.A.'s inhabitants were born in other countries is evidenced throughout the city, on store signs in every conceivable language.
Medical Facilities
California has some of the best facilities in the country. San Francisco's hospitals are among the finest in the
nation, providing various medical, surgical, emergency, & specialty care to the people of San
Francisco and its surrounding areas. It should come as no surprise that San Diego has a reputation as a pioneer
in medical discoveries. Los Angeles has to meet the demands of some very demanding personnel. So it's not surprising
that this city has an abundance of high quality healthcare facilities, some of which are world renowned for their research
programs and cutting-edge technology. Below is a sampling of hospitals staffed by Medstaff:
